How does hiring with CrossNation work?
You tell us the role, location, start date and whether you want candidates who are based in Australia, overseas candidates, or both. We search, screen and shortlist candidates against your brief, you interview the people you like, and we coordinate the offer. Roles that need registration or a licence, such as Ahpra registration for nurses and allied health professionals or a state electrical licence, are matched to candidates who hold it or can show where they are in the process.
