How does hiring with CrossNation work?

You tell us the role, location, start date and whether you want candidates who are already in Australia, overseas candidates, or both. We search, screen and shortlist candidates against your brief, you interview the people you like, and we coordinate the offer. Roles that need registration or a licence, such as Ahpra registration for nurses and allied health professionals or a state electrical licence, are matched to candidates who hold it or can show where they are in the process.

Employer questions

What does CrossNation charge employers?

Our fee is 12% of the candidate's annual salary.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. Placements come with a 90-day placement guarantee.

Which parts of Australia do you recruit for?

CrossNation recruits for employers across Australia, in every state and territory, for metro and regional roles. We are based in Victoria.

Do you recruit candidates who are already in Australia?

Yes. We recruit onshore candidates who already live in Australia and have work rights, as well as overseas candidates. Tell us which pool you prefer in the form and we will focus the search there.

Can you help us sponsor an overseas worker?

We can find and screen overseas candidates, but CrossNation is a recruitment agency, not a registered migration agent. Sponsorship and visa applications need a registered migration agent. This is general information, not migration advice. Speak to a registered migration agent.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

Your enquiry goes to our recruitment inbox. A recruiter replies by email to confirm the role, location, start date and the candidate pool, then explains the next steps.
