Job Vacancy: Consultant Radiologist (General & Interventional)

The Opportunity

Mandatory Qualification Criteria

Please be advised that the employing practice maintains strict clinical governance regarding supervision. To be considered for this role, you must hold one of the following:

• Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR)
• RANZCR Area of Need Assessment with a determination of Level 3 Supervision or Level 4 (Independent)

Important Note: We are currently unable to proceed with candidates requiring Level 1 or Level 2 supervision for this specific mandate. However, you are welcome to register your interest with CrossNation, and we can discuss potential future pathways for your career.

Clinical Responsibilities & Fit

This role requires a "generalist plus" approach. You will be expected to provide high-quality reporting and procedural care across a comprehensive range of modalities, with the confidence to champion a specific sub-specialty. Both generalists and sub-specialist radiologists are strongly encouraged to apply.

We are seeking a clinician who values professional interaction and ongoing education. Key attributes include:

• Collaborative Practice: A desire to work closely with peer radiologists and maintain an 'open-door' policy for consultations
• Engagement: Acting as an ambassador for the practice by communicating clearly with referring doctors and providing compassionate care to patients
